Product Guarantees and Returns
Product guarantee
1.1 ~ Product Guarantee. The Company offers a 100% 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee (less any applicable charges) to all customers.
1.2 ~ Returns by all Retail Customers. The Company offers a 100% fourteen day (14) money back satisfaction guarantee to all retail customers. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with any product, the customer may return the product to the Company, within fourteen (14) days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the product price (less any applicable charges).
1.3 ~ Return of Purchased Items.
a) Items returned must have been purchased from RCI Environmental Solutions.
b) The items must be in resalable condition.
c) Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the products purchased from RCI Environmental Solutions.
Upon receipt of Resalable products the customer will be reimbursed 85% of the net cost of the original purchase price(s). Shipping charges incurred by a customer when the items were purchased will not be refunded.
1.4 ~ Procedures for All Returns. The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
a) All products must be returned by the customer who purchased it directly from RCI Environmental Solutions.
b) The return must be accompanied by copy of the original dated sales receipt.
c) Proper shipping carton(s) and packaging material are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to the Company shipping prepaid. The Company does not accept shipping-collect packages.
d) The risk of loss in shipping for the return product(s) shall be on the customer. If returned product(s) are not received by the Company, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment. Product should be insured for the amount paid in case of loss or damage as this would be in the best interest of both parties.
No refund or replacement of product(s) will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
